Hello and warm welcome – I am Nataly!

For many years, my heart has been beating for art, psychology, and personal growth. I firmly believe that every person carries the power for change within themselves – sometimes all it takes is a creative spark to rediscover it.

I hold a degree in education with a focus on psychology and business administration, I’m a state-certified practice and billing manager,

a freelance author – and, last but not least, a happy wife and mother of two wonderful children.

In my professional life in healthcare, I meet people every day who struggle with emotional exhaustion, inner emptiness, and chronic dissatisfaction. The causes are diverse: work-related pressure, personal challenges, or depressive moods. Yet what unites them all is the feeling of losing touch with themselves in an increasingly fast and noisy world - and with it, their inner stability.

This experience sparked the desire in me to create something meaningful:
A journal – and a YouTube channel (YouTube: NatalysJournal) – as a creative compass for mental health, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Why art? Why creativity?

Because art is the language of the soul.

Creating and viewing images, writing down thoughts, consciously perceiving colors, shapes and moods – all of this is more than expression.

It is a path to encountering oneself, to processing inner themes, and to strengthening one’s own resilience.

Art and creativity help us organize our emotions, develop new perspectives, and treat ourselves and our environment with greater mindfulness. Particularly in creative psychology, it becomes clear how powerful creative processes can be for emotional well‑being.

In my journal and on my YouTube channel, I guide you through simple but deeply effective ways to:

  • be creative every day

  • express your emotions artistically

  • experience mindfulness in everyday life through creativity

  • strengthen self‑confidence and self‑efficacy

  • rewrite your story — with heart and color

My Mission

I want to create a space that offers guidance, inspires, and heals. A place where you are allowed to be exactly who you are — and where creative impulses help you find new strength.

My goal is to support people in reconnecting with themselves through the combination of art and psychology — moving out of powerlessness and into a more conscious, self‑determined life.

Because creativity is not just a form of expression — it is a path.

A path back to yourself.

I would be grateful to have you join me on this journey — in the journal, on YouTube, and through creativity and inspiration.

With love,
Nataly

OVERVIEW

The Most Important Things About Me

Profession & Background
Businesswoman and trained educator with a focus on psychology and business administration. State‑certified medical practice and billing manager. My work combines structural thinking with a deep understanding of mental processes, personal development, and human needs.

Author & Creative Work
Freelance author and ghostwriter of seven books on mindfulness, high sensitivity, mental load, parenting, family life, and fairy tales. This is complemented by numerous blog articles on health, family, education, psychology, society, relationships, art, fashion, and lifestyle. For me, writing is simply another way to let creativity speak, just like painting.

Art & Creative Psychology
Art is more than aesthetics to me. It is a tool for self‑understanding, emotional processing, and inner balance. In my work, I combine painting, creative psychology, and art‑therapy‑inspired methods. Colors, shapes, and intuitive processes create spaces where emotions become visible, inner blocks dissolve, and new perspectives emerge.

Personal Life
Married, mother of two children.

Interests & Inspiration
I draw inspiration from art and painting, poetry, nature, music, travel, and observing human emotions and life stories. Diverse cultures, moods, and creative forms of expression flow directly into my artistic and psycho‑creative work.

Mission
To promote mental health, inner clarity, and life satisfaction — through art, creative processes, and conscious self‑awareness.
